The clown rig:
Bob the clown works as a clown in a circus. Bob is a happy big guy who always put on a happy face on the stage; but who would ever relate a shriveled old man to that happy Bob?
The character's body is like an air balloon and contains a stove inside. Heated air makes Bob a puffed and round character, and the smoke from the stove gives him the thick black hair.
